I love Enterprise. They were so nice to me and when I had to cancel because of my moms passing they were helpful with rescheduling it. The car was awesome and very clean. I will always go to Enterprise.
Excellent service and good rates! I have rented cars from here multiple times and will continue to go back for their service and great prices. Very nice people who follow up with you and keep you posted on your reservation in case of any delays. Also, pick up and drop off is a plus.

Received a Enterprise Plus promotional coupon for 15%-off a a 'Premium' or 'Luxury' rental. I didn't need anything fancy, so I just reserved the cheapest "Premium" (full-size sedan) that qualified for the promotion ( $204 for 4 days.) I arrived 30min early, but still had to sit there and watch while people w/o reservations were helped and given cars... only to be told, when I was finally helped, that they were busy and had NO MORE models of the car I reserved available... but that they had a "Luxury" model available. I NEEDED a car, so I agreed... assuming it was a FREE upgrade (but at the very least I knew I'd still get 15% off.) Once I settled in on my vacation, I checked my email and noticed that I was $356 instead of the $204 from my reservation. Upon returning, I was told that I was charged the FULL price because my "Luxury Elite" car (Audi A6) was NOT part of the promotion. And since the woman who rented wasn't in the office, there was nothing they could do. They promised that she'd call... but it's been days and still nothing. Phone calls are useless and they are only open while I'm at work. I was charged nearly DOUBLE for a car I didn't want, but only took because they FAILED to RESERVE the car I wanted. Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened. Why have a reservation system at all if you're not going to actually RESERVE the cars people want!!! And having employees work off commission bonuses is a bad way to do business if it leads them to CONNING customers out of their money for unnecessary upgrades/add-ons. Never again Enterprise... NEVER again!!
