I would gladly change my rating to a 5 star because the staff are curteous and nice here. However, that is not enough. The one job you have is to professionally ship! Tracking information should be uploaded and scanning should ALWAYS take place, especially when I pay for priority! It is never acceptable to "not know" where a package is in the year 2017. I should not have to wait 10 days to even file a case on a 2 day priority shipping. The fact THIS LOCATION DOES NOT SCAN packages is totally unacceptable. No scanning equates to loss of packages, relieves any responsibility for your office to perform it's job. Don't blame the USPS, go get a scanner and do your job, you are a family business so get with the times. Tired of my seller rating and payment being affected by your poor service. Will not be back. I'll gladly pay more at FedEx, UPS, or elsewhere to have the peace of mind of where my package is.
Love coming to this post office! They are family owned and always willing to assist the customer. I drive from east Boynton because I prefer this post office compared to the Congress and Boynton location. The staff is always a pleasure, thank you!!
Save some money and take it to UPS. Or really pay attention as they will send things the most expensive way imaginable!
They're a "Pak it Tight" store with USPS services. What stellar customer service from this team!! The USPS made an error with an overnight package that was coming to me (didn't even bother to try and find my address!!) and were going to ship it back to Chicago!! I had to have it today. The team there worked their magic...found the driver and had it in my hands in under 10 minutes!!! Top marks!! Thanks so much!!!
