The worst customer service!!!!! Someone changed the lock on my mailbox without my knowledge and I have to jump through hoops and pay to have the lock changed!!! Tampering with someone’s mailbox is a federal crime and these idiots are just rude and nonchalant about the whole thing! I’m going to have to file a police report and a claim with the postal investigators ...which will probably accomplish nothing. All the while wondering who actually has the key to my mailbox now and all of my information!
By far the best post office I've ever been to!! Was in and out in less than 5 min even though there was a line! They had a guy helping people in line, two machines, and three very polite staff at the counter. Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience! Great job guys!!
The worst service ever. Been there two times and will never go there again. Not customer service oriented and so rude. Beware of the black short haired lady. I believe she is Russian or Romanian. I never understood why people that don’t like working with customers are in these kinds of jobs. Put her in the back somewhere. I rather drive 10 miles to go to another post office that will provide better service.
I am here twice a week, never had a bad experience with the employees. This is a snobby area, and i assume the bad reviews are from generally disgruntled people. There is always a line during lunch hours, that should be expected. Again, the workers are fantastic, and do their job very well.
I've been dealing with these guys for a few years now, and they have not been able to help me, ever! Lost package, "successful pick ups" then leaves your package at the door, etc...
The 3 or 4 people at the counter are OK, but the rest must be high all the time! I'm done dealing with them.
If I could give -5 stars, I would.
