This is a terrible place. Inefficent, rude staff that cut you off every moment they get. Good luck getting a follow-up appointment within a 2 week window. Charged us $324 for an IUD only to be told they can’t put it in. No one seems to know anything and it looks like they intend on keeping the cash. Stay away. Unethical, poorly run facility.

Horrible service. The staff seem incompetent giving false information and transferring you to different departments that tell you that this is not the correct department for what you need. They cut you off and often hang up or forget you are on hold. All I tried to do was register after all the hassle I decided to go to Broward Wellness. The 6 hours of transportation from Delray is worth it. Broward Wellness is a truly free and great std walk in clinic.
This place is run by the Department of Helth in Palm Beach County. Lot of people with low income or no income come here. If you compare it with high paid private health center then it may not be that same level. But it is doing a great job within its limit. Its really helpful for lot of people.
