Water turned off of my commercial building because water bills started going to unknown Boca Raton address. City of Delray employees and Jackie the supervisor can only tell me water will be turned on before end of day. They do not expedite even if their mistake. 40 people without a bathroom. Supervisor said I should have noticed I was not getting my water bill the last few months. Wow! Just the thing you notice. Completely inept.
