I fell 10 months ago and went to the trauma center twice as the first surgery failed (don't know why to this day that the screws failed, broken femur) and I had to go back for a full hip replacement. Horrible experience. Staff left me on bed pans for so long I developed a UTI. Had to wait sometimes more than an hour past the time I was due for pain medication. Nurses would tell me they were "too busy" and would get to me as soon as possible.
