We initially had an issue with our custom made desk. Thanks to the wonderful service from Tim the owner all issues were resolved. A really reputable store and I would recommend purchasing from Larue. It’s a pleasure knowing that Larue stands behind their merchandise. Also the delivery and setup of the furniture was exceptional.
The service provided by Pierre Tannous, Interior Decorator, was excellent. The variety of American manufactured reclining sofas is extensive and the value of those products are immediately self-evident.
It is so easy to write a review when an entire transaction goes smoothly from beginning to end. The real challenge is writing a review when there are wrinkles in the transaction and customer service has to get involved. My husband and I have been buying from LaRue for many years and, for the most part, have had wrinkle-free transactions from purchase to delivery. I recently purchased several pieces of furniture from LaRue and it was delivered last week. Most of the pieces are just fine. However, a couch arrived in an unacceptable condition through no fault of LaRue. Our dealings at this point were with one of the owners, Tim Maynard. He could not have been more accommodating and understanding. With no questions asked he asked us to select another couch. Our new couch had a couple of extra bells and whistles and he charged us virtually nothing for them. Tim was very clear on our first conversation that customer satisfaction was a top priority for him. He certainly proved that with our interaction with him. In a recent conversation with Tim I asked him when he would pick up the damaged couch from our home. He said we needed something to sit on and therefore would leave it there until the new couch arrives. Who does such a thing? I guess LaRue does. As I said in the beginning of this review, the real test of a business is not how much they can sell; rather how well they deal when a problem arises. LaRue gets 5 stars for customer service and public relations.

I recently visited Larue and found a unique sofa that was a perfect fit for my living room. The sales guy helped me find just the right coffee table and accessories to go with it. He had a good eye for color and design. Lots of neat furniture to choose from!
