Bob is a really nice guy, we bought many items from him for our new place . Including a beautiful " leather sofa and love seat ! Imagine our horror when our sofa started pealing after 3 years - we are snowbirds so really 11/2 years .this couch is horrible looking now - a total waste of money and Bob won't stand behind this faulty product -

Great place. Bob, the manager, is a caring professional. Helped my husband and I find a contemporary sleeper sofa to fit in a difficult spot. He even came to our home to make sure it would fit. Promised delivery in a one business day and he was true to his word. Bravo for him and his store. The delivery men were great and careful. We so appreciated being taken care of so well. Thank you.
