I had a great experience today with Bill at Acura Delray. I really did not plan on making a purchase today, I was looking. I was greeted at the door by the manager and then handed over to Bill. I looked, took a test drive, stated my goals and they worked with me to make the transaction unfold. Bill spent unrushed time with me, explaining how the process would progress and when we finished, he walked me to the car and went through all the features. I am delighted with the outcome.
