Michael Shaevitz best car salesperson ever dealt with. Entire process smooth. He created a relaxed atmosphere. It was really a pleasure doing business with him and the dealership.

I am currently sitting at the Delray Hyundai service area for a 7.45am first appointment which I made online, including remarks that I needed to wait for my vehicle. I arrived at 7.15am. After pulling my car into the service area, at 7.45 I was informed that technicians do not begin work until 8.30 and that it would take 1.5 to 2 hours to service the vehicle, and that I "should have known" this "policy", per Christian at Delray. I asked to see a copy of this "policy", but there is none of course, because they are liars and make this stuff up as they go along. In addition, Christian informed me of a 2.0 hour additional recall which I was not aware of. Apparently there is no coordination between Hyundai Corporate computer systems and the dealerships regarding informing the

Welcoming and very helpful. They went above and beyong to get us a car within our budget, with affordable monthly payment and a good APR, considering our credit history. Steve was awesome in helping us find the right car at the right price. I really recommend this place for your next car purchase.

Michael Shaevitz was very easy to work with, had great knowledge of the product, and made the whole experience pleasant, comfortable , and rewarding. We hope to be able to use him in the future, and have recommended Mike ,and Delray Hyundai to our friends.
