Wow! Talk about horrible customer service. My husband and I were looking to go on a trip to Europe approx 2 months from now for 2 weeks.
We ran by at 5:15 on a Friday. Mind you, summer hours are from 9-6. I rang the door bell and a lady came to the door and stared at me for approx 45 second with a disutained look. She finally reluctantly open the door and asked me with a quizzical question. Can i help you with a attitude. I told we're looking to travel.
I thought to myself how is she surprised by that. It's not like I'm asking her for a cup of sugar. I walked away and they her attitude changed and asked How I can i.help you. I did not reply. I suggested to my husband let's go. Writing this review in hope people will know and the business owner as well.
1st thing she said, we are closed. I pointed at the sign which said below the regular sign hours. Summer hours Monday thru Friday 9-6. She said, no were're closed.
101 customer service, she should have addressed me this way. 1) No problem, I can help. Today i need to leave earlier would you like to make appt for Sat. 2) Come on in, give me some ideas what you and your husband looking for? It would have taking her about 5 minutes to be polite.That is how professional person would have handled it.
She need to be trained in dealing with the public and be upbeat. Since traveling is suppsed be a fun topic.Her appearance needs to be polished and updated. I would not go back.
Seems to be a good group of people there a nice office nice location
Employees can make the business or drive the customers away and that's what she did. Times are tough and every sale counts which leads to referrals.
