Came here around 8pm for a deli sub for my dad. Asked when they close because I didn't want to be that person who keeps the employees there late. They told me 10pm. I walk to the deli and before I even say anything to the woman behind the counter she said "we don't have any bread." I said ok and called my dad to let him know. The woman behind the counter tells me I can go look for a piece of bread and bring it back if I want. I was shocked. Why couldn't she do that? Finally I say I'll just have it on a wrap. Half way through her making it I notice a few loaves of bread on the counter. Looked perfectly fine. I said "excuse me, what's wrong with those pieces?" She replied, "nothing we thought you wouldn't want them." I was dumbfounded. I came to the conclusion they were playing the whole "no bread" thing when I walked up because they didn't feel like making a sandwich in the first place. I finally get to checkout and tell the manager of my experience. She apologizes and I got the wrap for free. Thanks to the manager for making it right.
