This 1 star is for GROOMING ONLY. This is my second negative experience with this salon. I asked one of the groomers to put notes in the computer for my dog when I dropped her off. I asked for the Top Dog package and for furminator shampoo but NOT the furminator brush as they tear the guard hairs of a husky's double coat and overall do a poor job on this breed. Most importantly I asked them to note my girl's bad back knees so that they were careful not to hurt her. I somewhat had a feeling the girl wasn't actually typing what I was saying but she assured me that she did. I came back to pick my husky up and a different groomer said that she saw none of the notes. Either she didn't bother to look at them or the first girl didn't type them. It's still a mystery at this moment. Most importantly they could have SERIOUSLY injured my girl by ignoring her knee problems. She was limping all night but thankfully she was ok in the morning. Secondly, she looks like an absolute hot mess. They did the exact opposite of what I asked by not using the furminator shampoo but using the brush. She has tufts of hair literally coming out every part of her body that I will have to work on brushing out over the next week. The only redeeming bit about this experience is the sweet manager who took care of us and helped remedy the situation. I will always be a loyal customer of Petsmart, but I can assure you that I will never be back to their grooming. I truly am only writing this bad review in hope that management talks to their groomers and this never happens to anyone else with a worse outcome.
We do the Banfield animal hospital there and day camp, doggie daycare and shop. Its great to have it all in one place. My dog loves it there, they are very good to him. We also get him groomed there too!
I've been getting some outrageously great deals lately. Join the loyalty program, watch for sales. Current manager at the store I go to, Dan, is fantastic.

My go-to place for pet food and necessaries (litter and toys). Generally fully stocked with my choices of food. Sometimes out of a specific variety.
Very nice, helpful staff. Clean store and plenty of parking. I mention clean store because some pet stores have a "bug" problem. If you have a variety of pet foods, you will often have pests. The best way to prevent this is to keep the store and storage rooms very clean. They obviously do since I've seen very few flying things while in the store! Kudos!!!!
