The Bell hops are very professional. The bartender is slow and inattentive. The front desk gives out misinformation as gospel, instead of researching answers for you. Catering staff is fumbling and clunky, slamming glass bottles into the trash- staff crashing into one another- and acts as though they've never served boxed lunches to 500 people before. Restrooms not set up for large conferences. Catering staff does not set up drinks and snacks in proper format or location for a large crowd taking short breaks. If the staff was friendlier, it would be easier to overlook such things.
If you ever find yourself in the neighborhood, I highly recommend the Delray Beach Marriott. You won't ever regret your stay. Instead, like me, you'll come back again, and again, and again.
The service was excellent in just about every way. The room was beautiful, the hotel was beautiful, the location is great and very close to both local shops and the beach. The only complaint I have is housekeeping tossed out some leftovers. Other than that, the Marriott was awesome
The pool is really nice, one of the nicest hotel pools in Delray Beach. The staff is super attentive and really considerate. The rooms are clean and spacious even the smaller rooms.
This place is great! It's a renovated older style building, so you get the best of beach styling and modern convenience. Pools and bars are also top notch.
this is an iconic hotel right on the beach in Delray Beach FL. The hotel is located at the intersection of A1A and Atlantic Ave one of the coolest intersections in Delray beach. They have rooms that overlook the ocean and some that overlook the city.
The hotel is big enough to handle your average wedding, or a small sized convention, conference or expo. There is always a party going on and the hotel even in the summer time is at capacity but you don't really feel it.
The Delray Beach Marriott puts them all to shame. Out of every hotel I've stayed in, this has been the best experience, bar-none.
