I called to follow up with a parking ticket I received, I held myself responsible and paid on a timely manner and I wanted to call to make sure they received my payment... I called the front desk and the woman was awfully rude, "hellllo" I had to ask if it was the delray police department front desk "yessssss" I recited why I was calling and gave her my license number and she says "paid" and hung up on me. That was extremely rude and unethical seeing how it is our protection services front desk I was contacting. I truly do believe that no matter what job you work at or where in the world you are hold yourself in honor and be kind to others especially in your job field as it is professional and accommodating. I don't know what kind of day this woman was having or how her life is but she is responsible for her attitude and how she directs it on the job and I truly hope she has a better day. Needless to say it was not a pleasant experience following up on my responsibilities.

They treat people like people, with respect, and get results. I moved here permanently partly because of this. I am not dropping out of the movement though.
I have had contact with them reporting suspicious activities at night at the beach, drug sales at beach tower N2, but they have been been polite, smart, proper reps at every festival or chance meeting...
Officer Mohammed has answered calls for us more than once, and always been extremely professional and friendly. The Detective with him was equally professional and friendly though I do not recall his name. We greatly appreciate their quick response, kind demeanor, and unparalleled professionalism. We're happy to have them in the store, on, and off duty.
