Bar and bowling area service is not very good. Went bowling with a group of 3. Bought an hour and a half game. Ordered cheese fries with all the toppings minus chili due to a food allergy. Took about 25 min to come out. When it finally came out, it had chili on it. Told the waiter pleasantly that I cannot eat this. Took it back and said they would fix it. 30 MINUTES later comes back with just cheese nothing else. Pretty bland. I told him I still wanted all the toppings as described in the menu just not chili. LOL At this point we had already been bowling for an hour and we couldn't wait anymore so I told them to forget it. Finally we had ran out of time bowling and I was still waiting for my check. He took too long so I went up to the host stand and said can I please pay because we want to leave. Bowling and arcade are fun, but service makes it unpleasant.
Great place to be with the Family but Management needs better training... I asked about the deal buying a $50 or $100 gift card that clearly said for theater, bowling, bar and games... But Manager said "Our side (people from bowling) have nothing to do with the others"... When the gift card is for the whole place but employees are A+
This is one of my favorite movie theaters to watch big blockbuster movies. The IMAX theater is awesome. The concession stand is expensive as usual.
Very cool place. The family and I went bowling and had a great time. The service was very good. The gentleman taking care of us at out lane was awesome. Take the family. You will have a good time.
4.5 stars as they now "kind of" don't allow outside food and drinks. not really enforced. service is always really good. never had any issues with the facilities. prices are quite reasonable
