Just right, all you need for a beach break! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the beach is perfectly near. Definitely coming back!

Have been an owner for a number of years, location is top draw just across the street to the beach and a block from Atlantic Ave. pool is very comfortable, staff are helpful and friendly. Parking could use a couple more handicap spaces when all units are in use.
Beautiful quiet condos right on A1A. Close to lots of great places from amenities like grocery stores to an overwhelming choice of local restaurants ranging from 5☆ dine-ins to affordable grab-and-goes. Staff were all very kind and helpful.
All in all, I had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.
I feel the need to point out that these are like time shares in that there is not daily room service. This suits my tastes, as I preferred the uninterrupted quiet, but it may be something to put into your equation when considering your stay.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at an RCI RESORT ( if you can call it a resort). The pool is surrounded by parking lots. The pool tiles are broken and disgusting and the pool floor was falling apart and in desperate need of new diamond brite. The sofa bed was made of springs only with no cushion and by the way no blankets!! The kitchen had a dorm fridge that turned out to be a freezer and ruined all the groceries we purchased AND had an added benefit of exploding my favorite bottled drink in the middle of the night. The "balcony" is on the street so lots of privacy (NOT). The front door had a broken lock the furniture was old and dusty the kitchen had peeling Formica the ceiling had holes Oh and no front desk lobby or any other amenities including an elevator We cut our stay short lasted one night. I'm giving one star for the location near the beach but heard motorcycles driving up and down A1A all night
