As for the agency, it is very hard to get someone on the phone. When i ask questions, they told me they would get back to me, but they never do. By the end, I was so frustrated,l that I asked to speak to Marion Fazio and of course he never called back.
I wish i could give 0 star, this office is a scam. Trashy people they will raise your policy without notice, charge your account automatically without signing for automatic payment. The worst part is they can't even explain to you why you've been charged. Those people are THIEVES. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. PART 2 )did i just read "Care about customers"?? really?? I have been with Marion fazio for 3 years and have been very happy with the service. The people are very nice and polite I enjoy coming in the office every time , like family. I would cry if they closed down
State Farm increased my premium every 6 months even though I didn't have a single claim during those times. Over the course of one year, they raised my premium by about $100 (per month so $1200/yr).
I cant complain about anything , if i ever have a problem they always solve it or do the best to give a good customer Service . I highly recommend the Marion Fazios agency to anyone looking for better rates and customer service.
Love this agency and the staff! I transferred here with my whole family. 5 cars all together and never had an issue. Everyone else mad about their bills just need to pay their insurance because nothing is free. I'm sure the complain to FP&L and FP&L gives them a free month..
If your interested in State Farm, that's fine, but I would stay clear of this agency as I'm sure there are better agents out there. What should've taken a few days to transfer took over 1 month because they would not do it after multiple emails/phone calls. Between that and never being able to get a hold of someone, it's not worth it.
Would stay away from Marion Fazio's office. I was with them for a little over one year. When I moved and tried to get a transfer to a closer agent, they wouldn't do it. Finally after over a month, I was told I need to pay next months bill and only then they would do it (never had a late payment and was on autopay the entire time).
