I needed to replace a light bulb fixture and they were very helpful. They found the exact one I needed and, even though they didn't carry it, they ordered the whole case so I could just get the one. I'm a lifelong customer now!
Very good selection of hardware and other items for home improvement projects. They have a very good garden shop. My only complaint is there are short staffed so sometimes, you have to look for a sales person.
Btw, I never knew how amazing HD rugs are. The tips of my fingers disappear into the plushness. I can't wait to get this rug. I'm so glad I checked there.
Once we realized MY mistake, the dept guy, John (flooring) took the time to go through all the rugs with me to see if we could find one I liked.
Was able to find what I was looking for. Had to make a return. Customer service representative was not very organized.
I cannot say enough good things about this store. I walked in ready for battle because the online price was $50 more than in store, and my item was not available in store.
Meanwhile Charles (ASM) had gotten internet order center on the phone and was trying to get a price match. Ended up getting a different rug but the time and customer service these guys delivered was 100%. Especially after a major hurricane!
