Bad customer service. I rented some chairs for a party. Someone said she'd call me the night before but she never did and when I call the next morning, not only did they mistook what I said and never gave me a chance to explain myself, another lady was talking so rude to me and hung up before I finished saying "have a good day". Just pure bad customer service

If you are travelling to Florida with kids and want to rent life vest for kids instead if packing them in your luggage, this is the place to go. You can pick them up from their locations for $9/week or they can deliver to your hotel (for about $40 on top of rental fee). Very convenient. They also rent all sorts of other toys and medical equipment.
