I hardly ever write reviews and I hate writing a bad review since that I’m a contractor myself. I picked up this company because of the good reviews they have. They scheduled me for Thursday afternoon. On Wednesday I got a call asking me to reschedule for Friday because of an emergency. No problem. I was told that I’ll get a call when the technician is on his way. The technician showed up at my door, without calling, inspected the problem and told me that he needed a 20’ ladder and that he will be right back. When I saw that he is not coming back, I called and was told that they have an emergency and that the technician will not come back. They tried to reschedule me again for Wednesday but I declined. Lost all confidence in this company. I took off from work today because of this appointment. Very disappointed.
My electrician was Maurizio and he did a fantastic job! He did the work very quickly and efficiently. Maurizio is very professional and kind, we will definitely be using this company again in the future thanks to him!
