My husband and I are contacting the State Medical Examiner's office, The Medical Board, and an attorney regarding the extreme mistreatment of a Federally Disabled person. I am also spreading the word on social media. This is the most egregious malpractice and mistreatment I've ever experienced and I have seen my fair share of doctors.
I realize how recasting it is for many of us who are homebound due to a disability. Save yourself the emotional and physical repercussions of calling this group of NON DOCTORS.
I am a Federally Disabled, 40 year old woman who recently relocated back to South Florida. I have a diagnosis from several physicians, including world renowned Dr's at The National Institute of Mental Health in DC, where I was an inpatient for 4 1/2 months. My medical history is extensively documented.
IF ANYONE ELSE READING HAS EXPERIENCED HORRENDOUS TREATMENT FROM THIS FACILITY, FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO ME. I'M CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY ASAP.
I urge ANYONE TO NOT CALL THIS so called medical practice. Due to my disability, there are times I'm unable to leave,my home which is why we initially called them. They sent an unlicensed doctor to my home without my consent. I was never told that the foreign man, who barely understood English thus hindering his ability in simple comprehension due to an unfortunate language barrier. He never looked at me. He asked highly inappropriate questions that had ZERO to do w my disability or his job. There was an OBVIOUS CUKTURAL BIAS. My husband witnessed this entire bizarre appointment. The unlicensed doctor refused to prescribe me my medication, which I have taken for TWENTY YEARS!!! A medication that the NIH would never recommend I *not* take!!!
When we called the owner? Seth? Immediately after said strange man left our house, he answered his phone from the inside of a very loud BAR. That’s all well and good except he refused to excuse himself and go to a quiter place to talk whixh resulted in him saying he couldn't hear us!!!! My family is left gobsmacked at the gross mishandling and borderline liable offenses that have taken place. We were lied to over and over again. We were never informed prior to my appointment that the person who would act as my physician did NOT have a recognized medical degree in the U.S.
