What an amazing experience! We were treated with a personal touch from the moment the appointment was made until we walked out the door. Dr. Young (and the other ladies too) treated my girls like her own and left them pleading to come back and see her. All the ladies in that office are truly wonderful! We cannot be more excited to now be patients at Dr. Young's practice.
Dr. Marci and her staff are absolutely amazing. They made my daughter feel right at home, explained everything they were doing in a very age appropriate way, answered all of my questions and took their time doing so. My daughter was nervous going in, but within 10 minutes was completely calm and relaxed. They are absolute professionals who really care about their patients. The office is cheery, bright, and impeccably clean.
Our daughter Angelina was complaining of “mouth pain”, and since her sister had cavities in the past, we ran to get her seen. Dr Young’s office scheduled us right away. The location itself is fantastic, full of toys, screening kid movies, they even gave Angie a token to select a trinket. She was extatic. Then Dr Young came to treat her— and she was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Five star service all around.
I love the staff and the Dr is just awesome. Dr. Young takes the time to explain the process and what to expect. Highly recommended dentist office. My child loves to see the dentist.
Dr. Marcy and her staff were so kind, thorough and patient with my four and five year olds. My children felt as if they were Dr. Marcy’s favorites from the moment they walked in the door. I really cannot say enough good things about this practice. As we were leaving my daughter asked when we could go back. What kid is excited about the dentist?!?!
