Ever since it went from Cafe Blue to Local Cafe 44, the service and food sucks. The manager is a zombie and no one really seems to care.
Best Americano I've had in a long time and for a good price, definitely swinging by if I'm in the area again!
The staff is super friendly and will remember you or at least pretend to remember you. They are very helpful with ordering and very patient. It tends to get busy here, on the weekends, but when it's not busy, this place is a great place to just hang out. Great music selection as well.
I have found myself coming to Cafe Bleu about 3 times a week. Their coffee is superb (I almost always get the cold brew, which is a 3-coffee blend), the food is cooked to order, reminds me of being cooked for by a personal chef.

They serve breakfast, lunch, all coffee drinks, pastries, juices, smoothies, kombucha, and frappes. Which the staff makes all on-site.
Even the avocados are better!
