Very surprised to not even be offered a glass of water .Whilst waiting on the phone to book this appointment the chat was about champagne and indian head massages. I opted for a scalp treatment plus blow dry, everything seems unprofessional and confused. The blow dry was average with hot iron having to be resorted to. The 'pick a style' from the website did not seem to be operating so going through those before hand was a waste of time. No offer of an iPad ( I did take my own luckily) .
Wonderful service, amazing stylists (all of them), beautiful decor, plenty of refreshments. This salon gets it all right consistently!
Terrible customer service!! Made an appointment for a haircut @3 arrived early. I filled out a form mentioning I was there for a haircut and when I met with the stylist, she was under the impression I was there for a blowout. When I reiterated I wanted a haircut and that's what I made the appointment for the girl at the front desk told me I was wrong and was there for a blow out. They offered no solutions and simply told me they had no availability. She did not seem apologetic at all. Walking in and noticing all the empty chairs should of been the first warning .
Went in for a blow out for my baby shower - with a request for very simple old school hollywood curls... came out with beach waves I could have done myself in 15 minutes. Super nice girls and lovely atmosphere but wouldn't recommend for a blowout. ( myself and 4 girls went in and no ones hair came out professionally )
Very mediocre
Love this place. Great blowouts, stylists, and products. Never had anything but a blowout but from what I see they also do great cuts and color.
